Infinite Possibilities
In accordance with the bylaws of the OFRW (Article IX Section A. 3.) I, Gerry Briggs, President of the Oregon Federation of Republican Women, hereby issue the Official Call to the Oregon Federation of Republican Women’s 31st Biennial Convention and request that the delegated representatives and other members of the OFRW present themselves for Convention on October 10-12, 2025 in Welches, Oregon.
Concurrent with the State Convention agenda, this is also the Official Call for the 1) Executive Committee meeting, Friday, October 10, at 12:45 p.m. to 1:30, (Executive Committee meeting is a closed meeting.) and 2) the pre- and post- Board of Directors meeting starting Friday, October 10 at 3 p.m. to 5:00 reconvening on Sunday, October 12, at 9:30 a.m. to adjournment.
The agenda will include election of officers for the 2026-2027 term, the proposed 2026 budget, presentation by Leadership Institute, Awards luncheon, Keynote Speaker, Loren Spivak “The Facts of Life, Or Why the Democrats are always wrong!” And other business. Caring for America project is Pregnancy Resource Center of Estacada & Sandy, OR. Annette Davis will give presentation, Saturday October 11, 1:00.

What’s Included In My Registration Fee? Friday: Champagne registration, See Flyer “Champagne” and President’s Roundtable 1:30 p.m.—3:00 p.m.; Friday & Sunday Board of Directors meetings; Saturday: breakfast buffet, Convention Session, Awards Luncheon and Installation Banquet; Sunday: Prayer Breakfast Buffet (8:30 a.m. -9:30 a.m.)sponsored by Leadership Institute, and Board of Directors meeting (That’s 4 meals & Champagne). PLUS. . Saturday night FUN after Installation is Silent Mystery Purse Auction, “See Flyer “Silent Auction2025,” AND the Drawing for our Hand-blown red elephants, “See flyer for raffle tickets.” Add your Swag Bag with goodies and Convention Program Guide and you have a darn good deal!
What Is President’s Circle And How Do I Join? President’s Circle (PC) is an opportunity for individuals, businesses, clubs, etc. to financially support our organization. A President’s Circle Reception is planned for Friday evening, 7:00 p.m., October 10th in the Presidents Suite. President Gerry and her executive committee will provide members with light Hors D’oeuvre and beverages. Clubs who have donated to PC may send club president and one member to the reception. “See flyer President Circle”provided with the Official Call on how you can become a member. Because Of The Generosity Of President’s Circle Members, The Convention Registration Fee Was Reduced By $50 For Each Registrant!
Attached is the registration form which is fillable and to be sent to Laurel Regan. Club Presidents, you must forward this email to your club membership ASAP so ALL have an opportunity to come!!. Without you forwarding this, your members will not get this information. Your OFRW team has worked hard to make this a memorable event so please let your members know.
