The Mt. Hood Republican Women would like to invite you to participate in our upcoming November 2023 Fashion Show benefiting the fight against human trafficking! Our 2023 Fashion Show will showcase wedding and formal wear provided by Adorned in Grace who is a ministry of Compassion Connect a church community working to fight human trafficking. We are excited to announce out guest speaker, Adrienne Livingston the Director of Anti-Sex Trafficking Initiatives (Global) with WorldVenture.
We will have a silent auction and refreshments will be included in your admission.

Adrienne Livingston
Meet Adrienne
Since 2014, Adrienne Livingston has been the Director of Anti-Sex Trafficking Initiatives (Global) with WorldVenture. Adrienne is a Co-Developer of the Girl Empowerment Curriculum which was created as a sex trafficking and domestic violence prevention curriculum for middle and high school girls. The desire to see all girls navigate relationships in healthy and safe ways and be equipped to recognize and avoid sex trafficking and domestic violence situations. She is the producer and host of the Justice Hope Freedom Podcast to educate about the issues of sex trafficking and exploitation.
She received her bachelor's degree in marketing, International Business and International Studies from Oregon State University and her Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies from Western Seminary. A life value she holds is giving back to community and upholding justice and care. She lives that out through the work she does and as a volunteer with organizations that are serving vulnerable communities.

Learn About Adorned In Grace's Mission
The Mt. Hood Republican Women's November fashion show will feature clothing donated from Adorned in Grace. Adorned In Grace is a bridal and formal wear boutique located in the Portland area. They work in collaboration with churches and anti-trafficking organizations bringing sex trafficking into the spotlight and pursuing solutions together. They exist to see communities where people are safe from sexual exploitation and experiencing abundant life in Jesus through the united service of the Church. Abolition Now and Adorned In Grace are a ministry of Compassion Connect, a nonprofit whose mission is uniting churches to serve their community together.

Amanda Bishop
Meet Amanda
Since she was eight years old, Amanda Bishop has volunteered with the Human Trafficking program through the Rotary of East Portland. Now a college senior, Amanda is studying Political Science at Southern Oregon University. Upon her college graduation this June, Amanda plans to attend law school and eventually utilize her law degree to pursue her life passion of fighting human trafficking in Oregon and throughout the country.
Honored in 2019 as National American Miss Teen Oregon, today Amanda is the captain of Southern Oregon University’s cheer team! She is joined by four Southern Oregon University Cheerleaders in the choreography and presentation of the Fashion Show.
